Special Lecture (with the Seminar for Late Antique and Byzantine Studies)
Jean-Pierre Sodini (Paris I - Sorbonne): "New Results from Excavations at Qal'at Sem'an (1999 - 2010)". Wednesday 13 October 2010 at 5pm. Ioannou Centre for Classical and Byzantine Studies, 66 St Giles', Oxford.
Professor Sodini will also be talking, at 5pm on 14 October, at the Late Roman Seminar (in Corpus Christi College) on 'The phases of the East Basilica of Xanthos (Lycia), from the 5th to the 13th century'. This session will include a brief overview of the pottery evidence by Pamela Armstrong.
